Indication:
Relief of mild to moderate pain and fever including headache, toothache, earache, bodyache, muscular pain, neuralgia, backache, dysmenorrhea, postoperative pain, rheumatic and osteoarthritic pain, and pain associated with cold, influenza and post-vaccination. Extended-release and higher-dose formulations provide prolonged or rapid pain relief as required.
Dosage & Administration:
Adults:
Paratam 500 mg & Paratam Rapid 500 mg: 500 mg–1 g every 4–6 hours as required. Maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 g.
Paratam Extend 665 mg: Two tablets swallowed whole every 6 to 8 hours. Maximum 6 tablets in 24 hours. Tablets must not be crushed or chewed.
Paratam One 1000 mg: 1 tablet (1000 mg) every 6–8 hours as required. Maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 g.
Children (6–12 years): ½ to 1 tablet 3 to 4 times daily. Extended-release and high-dose formulations are not recommended for children.
Special populations or regimens: Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Dose and duration should be determined by the registered physician.
