Indication:
Relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Dosage & Administration:
Adults and adolescents (12 years and over): 5 mg (1 tablet) once daily. May be taken with or without food.
Children (6–11 years): 2.5 mg (half of one 5 mg tablet) once daily. Tablet is not appropriate for children under 6 years; syrup formulation is recommended as directed by the physician.
Special populations or regimens: No significant dose adjustment is generally required in mild to moderate renal impairment.
Special populations or regimens: In patients with hepatic or renal impairment, a starting dose of 5 mg every other day is recommended.
Dose and duration should be determined by the registered physician.
