Indication:
Prevention and treatment of calcium deficiency, osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, and conditions requiring calcium supplementation such as pregnancy, lactation, and postmenopausal osteoporosis.
Dosage & Administration:
Adults: 1–3 tablets (500–1,500 mg elemental calcium) daily, preferably taken with or after meals to maximise absorption.
Children: Dose should be determined according to age and clinical condition as directed by the physician.
Special populations or regimens: Use with caution in patients with renal impairment or hypercalcemia. Adequate fluid intake is recommended during therapy.
