Indication:
Treatment of acid-related disorders including gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, duodenal and gastric ulcers, prevention of NSAID-associated ulcers, and as part of combination therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection.
Dosage & Administration:
Adults: 20–40 mg once daily depending on the severity of the condition. In H. pylori eradication, 40 mg once daily in combination with appropriate antibiotics as directed by the physician.
Children: Dose should be determined by the physician according to age and body weight.
Special populations or regimens: Dose adjustment may be required in patients with severe hepatic impairment. Tablets should be taken at least one hour before meals.
Dose and duration should be determined by the registered physician.
