Indication:
Treatment of acid-related disorders including gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, peptic ulcer disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, risk reduction of NSAID-associated gastric ulcers, and part of combination therapy for eradication of H. pylori infection.
Dosage & Administration:
Adults: 20–40 mg once daily, taken at least one hour before meals. In H. pylori eradication: 40 mg once daily in combination with appropriate antibiotics as directed by the physician.
Children: Dose should be determined by the physician according to age and body weight.
Special populations or regimens: Dose adjustment may be required in patients with hepatic impairment.
Special populations or regimens: In severe hepatic impairment, dose should not exceed 20 mg daily. No adjustment required for mild to moderate hepatic impairment. Capsules should be taken at least one hour before meals and must be swallowed whole — do not crush or chew.
Dose and duration should be determined by the registered physician.

Siligel V 40 Capsule: Box containing 100 capsules in Alu-Alu blister pack.
