Indication:
Relief of functional, prolonged and recurrent constipation, and bowel evacuation before diagnostic procedures, radiological investigations, surgery, and childbirth.
Dosage & Administration:
Adults and children (over 10 years): 5–10 mg once daily at bedtime.
Children (4–10 years): 2.5–5 mg once daily at bedtime.
Special populations or regimens: Should not be taken continuously for more than 5 days without investigating the cause of constipation. Adequate fluid intake is advised during therapy.
Dose and duration should be determined by the registered physician.
